Moustache History: Martin Luther King

For Internet Freedom! Share MLK’s copyrighted “I Have A Dream Speech” from Screenhugger on Vimeo.

The ‘I Have a Dream’ speech is, of course, a significant piece of Moustached American Culture. However, in an odd twist of legalities, the above copy is actually illegal. The King estate licensed the copyright to EMI, a British record company that is obviously run by bare-faced mortals who have never watched the speech itself, as they have tried to remove every copy from the internet that doesn’t result in a hefty paycheck made out to them. If the above video disappears, that’s what happened. No wonder our country is plagued by such difficulties if a foreign media company is allowed to hold hostage historical footage of events that shaped our nation! Share the above video. Post it wherever you can. Download a copy and give it to your friends.
